Order Processing and Dispatch

Dispatch Times - All orders placed before 11am (Mon - Thurs) will be dispatched the same day, however, during busy periods this may take up to 2 business days.
- Delivery Times - All orders are shipped via a next-day trackable delivery service, though please allow up to 48 hours as per couriers' terms and conditions.

Packaging Information
Your pizzas (excluding At Home pizza kits and ambient ingredients) are shipped in 100% recyclable denim insulation with dry ice, certified to keep the contents frozen for up to 48 hours. While they may arrive semi-frozen, they can be safely re-frozen upon delivery.
**Our items may arrive with some dry ice still visible. Follow the safety card included and handle with caution. Avoid direct contact and leave in a well ventilated space**
The At Home pizza kit and some chilled items will be shipped in alternative insulated packaging with specialist ice packs which will keep the content chilled throughout transit.
Delivery Territories
We do not deliver outside of UK Mainland, which includes the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Standard Delivery is available for UK Mainland addresses only.
Perishable Items
Perishable items are shipped in insulated packaging with dry ice or food-safe specialist coolant to maintain suitable frozen or chilled temperatures during transit. It is the customer's responsibility to check the temperature of the goods upon delivery.
Delivery Service and Delays
While we strive to dispatch and deliver items via next-day delivery, this is NOT guaranteed. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Customers are advised to place orders in advance to avoid disappointment should any unforeseen delays occur.
All perishable orders are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging designed to keep contents frozen or chilled for up to 48 hours. It is the customers' responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept receipt of the delivery. If no one is available to accept the delivery, the goods will be left in a safe place specified by the customer or deemed appropriate by the delivery driver. If no suitable place is available, the delivery may be left with a neighbour or returned to the depot. In such cases, our delivery partner will attempt to notify the customer via a delivery notice card, email, or SMS. The phone number and/or email provided during ordering may be used for delivery purposes.
If delivery fails and items are returned to the depot on more than 2 occasions, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection or re-delivery at their expense. Our delivery obligation is fulfilled once the order is delivered, left in a specified safe place, or attempted on 2 or more occasions. We cannot be held responsible for damage, theft, or loss if deliveries are not accepted or returned to the depot. Perishable items returned to the depot may be disposed of by our delivery partner without reimbursement or refund.
It is the customers' full responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate and suitable for our delivery partner to locate upon placing an order. We, nor our delivery partner, can be liable if the delivery cannot be made due to inaccurate delivery information or poor access to the location.
Tracking Information
In most cases, our delivery partners provide tracking information, including delivery day and estimated time of arrival. This is for guidance only and does not guarantee an exact delivery time. Deliveries can take place anytime from 8am - 8pm.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, you will be notified. We will dispatch the missing item as soon as it is restocked or issue a refund accordingly.
