Our Doughboys 11" Rustica Pizza Base is a delicious, focaccia-style crust made in Italy with 100% natural, high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. Crafted with ancient grains and sourdough before undergoing a slow-proving process, the dough is hand-stretched and stone-baked, resulting in a slightly thicker yet light and wonderfully crisp texture.
Perfectly designed for easy use, each base is ready to be topped with your favorite ingredients and baked in as little as 3 minutes in a pizza oven. For fantastic results in a standard oven, simply bake for 8–10 minutes to achieve a crispy, golden crust.
These pizza bases come packaged 24 bases per box / (8 packs of 3 bases). Frozen for easy storage and convenience, they’re perfect for professional kitchens, restaurants or at-home pizza lovers.

COOKING:
For the best results, let your pizza base thaw before topping. Add your preferred sauce, mozzarella and toppings.
- For Convection Ovens: Preheat your oven to 240°C and bake your pizza for 8-10 minutes, or until mozzarella starts to golden.
- For Pizza Ovens: Preheat to 320°C and bake for 3-4 minutes – quick, hot, and delicious!
Once it’s cooked to perfection, slice & serve!

Store your pizza bases frozen for optimal shelve life (see Best Before date on pack)
Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 10 days for the best quality.

Your pizzas are shipped in 100% recyclable denim insulation with dry ice, certified to keep the contents frozen for up to 48 hours. While they may arrive semi-frozen, they can be safely re-frozen upon delivery.
