Made in Italy using 100% natural, high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. This unique recipe undergoes an slow proving period, before each base is hand-stretched and hand-topped with a generous amount of fresh Emilia Romagna tomato pulp before being stone baked - ready to be topped with mozzarella and toppings.
This is a traditional Italian recipe resulting in a light, thin and crisp base!
Packaged in pouches of 5 pizza bases (5 pouches per case) and sold in a case of 25 sauced pizza bases.

COOKING:
For the best results, cook from frozen or thaw just before use. Add your preferred mozzarella and toppings.
- For Convection Ovens: Preheat your oven to 240°C and bake your pizza for 8-10 minutes, or until mozzarella starts to golden.
- For Pizza Ovens: Preheat to 320°C and bake for 3-4 minutes – quick, hot, and delicious!
Once it’s cooked to perfection, slice & serve!

STORAGE:
Store your sauced pizza bases frozen for optimal shelf life (see Best Before date on pack)
If defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 2 - 3 days for the best quality.
IMPORTANT TIP: Keep frozen where possible. If storing chilled, we recommend unstacking the bases or separating with parchment paper to prevent sauce sticking to the base on top.

Your pizzas are shipped in 100% recyclable denim insulation with dry ice, certified to keep the contents frozen for up to 48 hours. While they may arrive semi-frozen, they can be safely re-frozen upon delivery.
