Our signature multi award-winning recipe is our most popular pizza base made in Italy using 100% natural, high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. This unique recipe undergoes an extended proving period, before each base is stretched by hand and stone baked, ready to be topped!
This is a traditional Italian recipe resulting in a light, thin and crisp base!
Once delivered our pizza bases are ready for you to simply add the desired toppings and bake in as little as just 3 minutes in a pizza oven. Alternatively, use a standard oven for fantastic results in just 8 - 10 minutes.
Packaged in pouches of 5 pizza bases (5 pouches per case) and sold in a case of 25 pizza bases. Delivered frozen.

COOKING:
For the best results, let your pizza base thaw before topping. Add your preferred sauce, mozzarella and toppings.
- For Convection Ovens: Preheat your oven to 240°C and bake your pizza for 8-10 minutes, or until mozzarella starts to golden.
- For Pizza Ovens: Preheat to 320°C and bake for 3-4 minutes – quick, hot, and delicious!
Once it’s cooked to perfection, slice & serve!

STORAGE:
Store your pizza bases frozen for optimal shelve life (see Best Before date on pack)
Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 10 days for the best quality.

- 11” Original Pizza Base - WHEAT flour type '0', water, sourdough 40% (water, WHEAT flour type '0'), purified sea water 5%, iodised sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, preservatives: sorbic acid, propionate calcium; natural aroma of olive oil.

PACKAGING INFORMATION:
Your pizzas are shipped in 100% recyclable denim insulation with dry ice, certified to keep the contents frozen for up to 48 hours. While they may arrive semi-frozen, they can be safely re-frozen upon delivery.
